Well I'm not in your age range, but to be honest, most shops are aimed at teenage clothing buyers. It's not a new idea.

What are you hoping to find out from your questionnaire? You won't be able to make many graphs, etc out of your questions to enable you to say that yes, local teenagers want a new clothes shop. Also, you need to make it more local to where you actually are. People's needs will be different if they live miles from a big shopping centre to if they live in a large city. And you have spelt definitely incorrectly.
