My step-son recently went to New York on holiday with his Mum and bought back a t-shirt that cost $60. Unfortunately it doesnt fit his Dad and step-son was very upset.

We have the receipt, but is there anyway he can get it exchanged? We have worked out taking in back to the flagship store in Mayfair would cost �20 travelling.

It may cost alot of money in travelling but you can spend the day there, see buckingham palace etc.

Try ringing the shop and see if they will accept by post. Explain the situation and throw yourself on their mercy.
