Facebook viewing problem.

For some time now I haven’t been able to view any photos. If I click on an album I see the thumbnail views, but when I click on an individual photo to enlarge it, all I get is a blacked-out frame, with an outline of the thumbnails showing very faintly. This applies to my own albums as well as those of others. Any ideas?

I can't see any of my photo's on Facebook if I'm using Chrome but can view them on Internet Explorer.
