He's an idiot, but a jail sentence seems a bit over the top.
Blokes a prat but jail? Makes him polish boots or sweep streets
it's in line with what they're doing for tweets, but tweets get seen by a lot more people (supposedly)
He was jailed for four months; compare that to 12 weeks in the 'April Jones' case; but he got 4 months for being in breach of some other order, the two sentences made consecutive.

Looks as though there's some sentencing guideline. It is evident that the courts want to make this subject to deterrent sentences.

He looks a bit of a t^^ser to me. I would like to know why the Asian bloke who tweeted abuse about our dead soldiers has only been given community service. I wish someone would give him a smack.
