PROBLEM WITH MALWAREBYTES/Antimalware

I keep getting a window stating that the above is missing or corrupt and would I like to download a new copy. I then request that I would, and it then goes off and comes back with the same question repeatably. I have the free version as advised in the past. Please help.tia.

One thing I don't do is click on unexpected pop up windows.
The thing to do is note what it says by taking a screen shot and saving it.
If there is an issue then sort it out by a different means like via the software issuers site.
This is could be a bogus site trying to get into you computer.

Go to Control Panel, Programs and uninstall Malwarebytes. If the message persists after that, then there's something seriously wrong...

I've had the same problem and as mark says uninstalling and reinstalling cured it.

Being an old man, I`m afraid I don`t understand the `Windows Components Wizard` that has now appeared, and don`t know what to do next.
