She can get on my nerves (understatement lol) sometimes but I always feel like I'm at blame in the end because i'm so much like my dad, personality wise.
She is inadvertently hilarious! The four legged chicken and John Paul guitars are just some of the silly things she comes out with!!

I think my mum had a very sad life, I don't think she ever got over my father leaving her after 20 years of marriage. She worked very hard even when she was physically unwell so's to make sure her children were okay, but she never had much time for us. Later in life her greatest joy was her grand-children.............it's been 6 years since she died and I miss her very much.
I speak to my mother, occasionally. She certainly has never been " Mum". She left me in a telephone box when I was a week old, my amazing Nanna fetched me and brought me up.
I had an amazing childhood because of Nan and I'm glad Mother did that to me as I think my childhood would have been just awful.
She's always pulled me down though, even now, she tries on occasions.
