White chocolate
3 Answers
Can anyone tell me if it's possible to colour (and does it work well) white chocolate using the concentrated gels you can get for sugarpaste? I want to use it for cake pops, and just wondered if it worked and at what point would you add the colour while it's melting or when it's melted and still hot? TIA

I make cake pops and I use candy melts from Lakeland and Wilton. They come in lots of different colours for cake pops.
