There are many programs out there that will let you convert downloaded mp3 files to audio CDs. Lots of people use and swear by Nero, although there are free alternatives. Nero will ask you if you want to create a "Data CD" or an "Audio CD" - it's the latter if you want it to play in a standard hifi.
Lets face it, if you're getting your music from limewire then you'll have the facility to get commercial software such as Nero for free too (even if this is hideously illegal).
