In the Roman Catholic Church saints are often given patronage of activities or trades, for example, St. Cecilia is the patron of music and musicians, St. Christopher is the patron of travellers. Some other saints have patronge over geographical locations, for example St. David for Wales, or St. Mark for Venice. Finally, some saints are associated with protection from illnesses, such as St. Augustine of Hippo for sore eyes. I don't think that there are any saints dedicated to snow, but the Spanish word for snow is "nieve" from which the American state of Nevada is named, meaning white with snow.
So, you could say, "El santo Nevada de la nieve" (haha)
