has anyone cashed in their points for vouchers? i did it 6 weeks ago. i emailed them twice and assured they were on the way, but so far no result. If you want them for Christmas you ought to do it now,it seems.

Ho Islowry. Don't know if you will see this. Been incapacitated for a couple of days and just catching up.
I applied a weeks weeks ago for my credits to be put onto my reward card (£25) and it took about 3 weeks. Even then I only found out the card had been credited a couple of days before when I checked on my 'account'.
So don't give up.
