DSynchronize will automatically synchronise:
http://dimio.altervista.org/eng/. I've not used it personally so can't vouch for it, but it's worth a try.
I use Synctoy myself. It's very easy, decent interface and is from Microsoft so has nothing nasty in it and comes in both 32 and 64 bit versions:
