anyone else had a trapped nerve?????
I am sure that a lot of people have had a trapped nerve....but not me ;-)

Swimming......there is one good way to find out..........try it.

If it were me, i would certainly give it a go and persevere for at least a week of swimming.

phoned the physio dept and they advised me not to go as it can aggravate it more,i have to wait til i have been assessed, thanks for reply squad
Have you tried chilli paste it is very good for trapped nerves, you can make it yourself or buy it ready to use. I went to a chiropractor when I have sciatica and the nerve endings went down to my knee, she massaged it out it really really hurt but I havent got pain there anymore, if you can afford it, it would be money well spent!
