Has anyone got any news on how the claim is progressing now that the claim in the New York court has been disqualified. They only seem to update information on their website when they feel like it.

Lloyds Action Now is a group of LloydsTSB shareholders who are taking the bank to court over losses incurred because of its disastrous takeover of HBOS. One of the landmarks was waiting for the result of a similar action by USA shareholders in the New York court. There was a one paragraph report last week in The Telegraph that the USA action has been thrown out.
