I have a steamer but not this model...have black and decker..would not be without it !!..have lots of wooden/ceramic floors and this saves loads of time and only takes water so saving on cleaning fluids...used to have a flash mop thingy...this much better..
I havent got that one but have used a similar one and they are brilliant.
i have a similar one-great 'would'nt be without it now' just bought another cheaper one out of asda for a 65'birthday present(they keep borrowing mine)
They are good but they will not restore worn and heavily ingrained dirt surfaces.
It is all down to expectations. They are not miracle machines. But they are good.
Don't have that model but do have one.
They are good for cleaning but the best job is defrosting the freezer.

Even a huge chest freezer only takes about half an hour from start to finish, well worth the money.
is it a hand held I am not keen on them but the floor ones are brilliant.

Many thanks to you all but, I really should have said the nagging is because I have singularly failed in my job of keeping the ovens pristine!! So, do they work on that please?
