Woman of 48 diagnosed with over active thyroid 4 months ago - is now on Carbimazole - last month was admitted to hospital with fluid on lungs - they drained 10 litres of fluid off her lungs. This week her lungs have filled with fluid again, not as bad - was taken to hospital last night, discharged today with meds.
She has also been suffering with constipation (no sure if this is relate).

She has an appointment at Barts in London on Tuesday.

Any thoughts ?

Brings back 'orrible memories of sweaty women with huge t1ts powdering underneath their knockers before coming to see the Dr. It was like bloody cakemix and stick onto your stethoscope.
