I keep getting a message when loading certain Wikipedia pages that 'a script on this page is causing Internet Explorer to run slowly...' Am I the only one, what's causing it and is there anything I can do to stop it?

Go to Tools>Internet Options>Security>Internet then select the security level you want for internet connections from your PC (I'd suggest medium-high), then click ok

This is caused by the ads on a page overrunning the "timeout" for loading the page.
