allergic reaction?

Hi, I'm 3 days into my week break on the Pill (after taking 2 packets together) and I've broken out in a rash on my forearms and jaw. It's like prickly heat, very itchy but not too red unless i scratch it. I'm wondering if the two are connected. I haven't used any new detergent/ showergel/ lotion or anything so I don't think it's a reaction to that. I have been pretty stressed this week. I don't remember getting a rash when I've been on a break before but I know allergies can just flare up out of nowhere, that's what i thought they might be related. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I don't think it's doctor worthy. I'd rather not waste the doctors time with something as trivial as this. It's not a big deal, I don't like going to the doctors unless I'm in physical pain. If someone as an idea what it could be I'd appreciate them letting me know.

Have you eaten anything different lately?

Also, the pill doesnt agree with everyone, i would see how the rash goes and if it lasts a few more days go to the docs. Your better off knowing

You might need to change your pill to a different one.
