Best cheap vehicular solution for a mobile psychology lab in Manhattan?

Looking for a vehicle out of which I can run human psychology experiments for my university project. It should be large enough for semi-standing room and a table-mounted laptop, yet small enough for the demands of NYC parking. The ideal would be something similar to the Street Sweets truck, yet with an empty interior (window not necessary): http://www.sweeteryny...ss_truck_4_medium.jpg

(Note: I would already have IRB approval, a PI to team up with, etc.)

Since I'm a broke college student, what's the cheapest solution here? A used camper van? A used food truck (sans cookery)? Where can I find my cheap dream vehicle?

Hi tyler, there's loads of ex company vehicles in the UK that would be ideal, but that's no good to you. What about an ex UPS vehicle, they look similar in size to the one in your link.
