well that is natural, as you may find out one day......however, you are over 18, QoM, so they have to take into account your preferences; they do have a "right" to counsel you though, so somewhere in there lies the balance. No point either party blowing a 50 amp fuse over this, by the way.

I know DT, I pointed out to mum that I want to be happy and she had to let me do my own thing as she would be the one that would have to put up with me if I was a miserable so and so
