Monday morning rant.......!!!

Sorry but anyone who opens this post is getting ranted at!!

Alarm goes off 5.30am.

Toddler has a cold and was up 6 times in the night and is crying his eyes out so I jump out the shower to comfort him and slip on the floor (bruise guaranteed).

Toddler back off to sleep, I go to check on the new kitten in the kitchen who hasnt quite figured out what a litter tray is for, say no more!

Right, breakfast.... No milk = No cuppa, grrrrrr!!!

I quietly iron my shirt in the bedroom, with the lights off so as not to wake the mrs up but then trip over the iron cable and wake her up!

Toddler starts to cry again!

Now 6.15am I go to the car, which is like a block of ice!! Dig out de-icer from the cupboard whilst the kitten claws at my feet!

Now running 10mins late I begin the 45min commute into work. Black ice on the roads, so takes me nearly an hour. I am late for work!!!!

Get into work to grab that cuppa............ Staff room kettle reported broken over the weekend.

Sit at desk, deep breath and begin........ Really feels like a Monday

After having the kids home for the last 9 days I forgot how bloody grumpy they were in the morning. Talk about put you in bad form!

North west, I was suprised too but it was 1.5 degrees above when I left for work and icy on the road.
