thanks alba. much appreciated. aching a bit now but am very pleased with myself.
Well done lady-j - is your arm out of the contraption now? Are you starting physio? x
No Tony, I didn't want anything, he's saving for my birthday in two weeks, just hate shopping and have to be in and out of there as quickly as possible.
Ah, saving for your birthday Traci, don't want to be upsetting him lol.
LJ, do be careful and don't take risks, you don't want a setback, take care. I have a friend just like you who tries to do too much

hi ann. no i'm still in brace. now set at 90%. still a month or so to go. fingers crossed. am not able to start physio until i have more movement allowed. the hospital seemed unsure whether they would take it off or just give me more movement next time i attend. doing exercises to stop shoulder or fingers locking up. thanks for asking
Question Author
good luck traci. perhaps you will be able to tell us what he has been saving his pocket money for.

sibs i think i ghave been very patient. don't try to lift heavy things, i.e mug of tea or coffee and still cannot open a door with that hand. so proud of seeing to the washing.
it's good to hear you being positive, Lady J, and trying to get things done, extend your range of tasks etc, but don't overdo it and have a setback - that's all we are asking.....so prudence (whoever she is?).........

Bet you are quietly "knackered" too..........
