Who Wrote the ECHR?
I've seen it quoted that a British MP was the first to draft the ECHR.
I've had a quick look around and I can't see his name mentioned anywhere. So I wondered if anyone knew what the name of the man who wrote the European Convention of Human Rights is?
If you're interested in the actual document, if can be found here: http:// www.ech r.coe.i ...ONVE NTION_E NG_WEB. pdf
Thanks in advance,
