I appear to have an ingrown hair in a rather uncomfortable place.

What's the easiest and most painless way of getting the little blighter out?

What about a very hot flannel on the area to open the pores?
You could try the "Pick, Pick, Pick" method if you can reach.
Tweezers! Break the skin and tweeze it out.
Send a photo so we can assess the situation more fully.
On second thoughts, maybe not :-)
Check out Pilonidal Sinus on the web and if you think that is what you have see your doctor ASAP.

Annie, I've had that before. I'm an expert. It's not that. Just in ingrown hair.

Should anyone be really interested, it's on my knicker line.

Seriously, I'm not bother my GP with this.
Blimey, I'd be up and down the quacks every month, I get loads of ingrown hairs........downside of epilation.

Exactly Rocky! I knew there was a reason I never normally wax!
Yep, waxing will do it! Are you still saving for that machine thing?
Question Author
Thanks, I'll look at that when I get home.

I am still saving. I was going to get it for myself as an xmas present (assuming I get my usual xmas bonus) but I've decided to go away for my birthday now so will just have to hope Santa brings me one. Lol.
I am sure that exfoliating helps or products with glycolic acid in it - I used to have this problem, years and years and years ago.
I hope you get one, I'd like some honest feedback before I shell out. Fingers crossed santa's good to you :)
