I've just won the Ugandan Lottery!

I just received a nice message from one Mr. Augustus Mugabe of the Ugandan Lottery Bureau. It seems all I have to do is send them my Bank Account details and they will send me one million Ugandan Dollars!

I thought I was rich beyond my wildest dreams but it seems UGD 1,000,000 is only worth around GBP 32.86 :(

So my question is - should I claim my winnings or not? I will happily share my fortune with the person who comes up with the best answer!
