They have St Lucia the Queen of Lights on December 13th in Sweden.... if this is any help.

yes Saint Lucy In some countries this is kept as the festival of light and a crown of candles are worn in procession

We also have on this day (13) Saint Odilia who was born blind and whose eyesight was miraculously restored.She is the patron saint of eye problems.
