I'm offically an aunty now! What are my duties?

My brother's wife gave birth to a boy this morning at 4.43am, he's 7lb 4oz and they are going to call him James William - can't wait to see him!!

Always be there to listen to him when he can't talk to his parents (in about 13/14 years time)

When my sister had her first baby I used to go to hers each morning at about 5.30/6am and look after him so she could go back to bed. I'd do a bit of housework and make sure he was bathed and fed for when she got up. She said that was the best present ever.

Being an Aunty has been magical for me , I wasn't able to have my own. Enjoy every moment, they grow up so very quickly and you will be looking back at memories ! Congrats to you all xxx

How exciting! I've enjoyed being an auntie. My niece and nephew are now grown up, but it was great playing with them as they were growing up. Enjoy!
