Are you an optimist or a pessimist? I was brought up to expect that in any given situation the worst outcome was likely to occur, and I have never been able to escape from this mindset. I wish that I could, but on the other hand I would not want to be in the happy-go-lucky camp, thinking everything will always turn out for the best. Where do you stand?

Well I could donate some bottles of Bailey's and a bottle of Australian Red, (see other posts). May as well bring the multibag of Seabrook crisps as well.
Half full although the glass in my hand at present is rapidly emptying.
I have a positive outlook but I try to keep in mind what can go wrong and do what I can to ensure that does not happen. You can't control everything but I think it's possible to be a positive person with a touch of cynic and a large measure of realism.
Prepare for the worst. Expect the best.
Optimist. Always.
Pessimist. ( My mother used to say that a pessimist was someone who was living with an optimist; she had a point. LOL She did)..
