eMail Photos

Someone has emailed me some photos that they have taken on their phone. They've emailed via their iPhone (hotmail account), and the photos just appear as a little red "x".

I can't open them or do anything with them at all.

Does anyone have any suggestions, or do I need to get them sent again in a different format?

I'm using Outlook 2007, if that's any help!

Try to copy and paste the files to your desktop, then right click on them and choose "open with" and choose a program. But they may not have sent properly in the first place.

Tried that, but when I right click on the desktop to paste the file there, I don't get a paste option.

I dare say that they haven't been sent properly in the first place.

Try to drag a file to the desktop rather than copy paste. Then you will see if there is an error message.
