Morning Wendi xx
I believe there's no such word for 'please' in the Icelandic language.
oiiii ummmm you are supposed to be giving up sugar in yr coffee

morning
like me, wendi, though I have lived in the heat for a dozen years. Been to Iceland a few times and it is starkly beautiful..........
vinsamlegast, I believe, alba, - vennligst in Norwegian....

they don't have an expression for "We will pay the UK the money back that we owe."
I have...but doesn't mean I don't prefer it with. I'm on 1 sugar at the moment.

Now he's challenged me to give up smoking (or is it classed as bribed?) which means I will have to give up drinking alcohol and coffee because both make me want to smoke. I think I'll postpone it until after your birthday :-)
A friend of mine went to Iceland, many moons ago. He loved it, but it was a works thing, not a holiday though.
Good grief ummm!! There'll be nothing left if you give up smoking :-)
bribed.
i am going to attempt to give up as well after xmas.....here are far to many social engagments inbetween
Good moaning from a very bright West Mids, went to the dustbin and the lid was frozen shut !.

Moaning our kid xx
Here's a light, catch!

(you may remember I said I had no idea about distance yesterday, the hills are about 10 miles away!)
Thanks ah wench, 10 miles away, didn't you say 30 lol.
lol, ssshh, I did :-D
Never mind ah wench lol.
You really shouldn't keep your ice in the trash bin, tony.....
we had a frost last night must be about the 6th in the last 14 years. all gone now.
Blimey, got to be a sign of global warming that, a frost in Cornwall !.
Morning lady j.
And yes DT, I think I'm going to try keeping the ice in the fridge freezer from now on.
very slight one here - two winters ago you must have had them, Lady J - it was running minus 5 up here.....
not many of them DT. we have also had snow three times but has always gone by 8.30-9.00 am. very wet and slushy. palms look funny with snow on them.
morning tony. hope you are well. what's up for today then?
