Editing a post on Facebook
3 Answers
I added a post last week on Facebook but made a small error plus want to tag some people...I want to go back and edit the comment and tag people however when I go to 'edit post' the only options are to amend the location or date...does anyone know how to edit the actual comment and therefore tag someone?
I looked the same question on FB help and it says you can edit post but as I say only seems to give me the option of changing location or date!
thanks in advance

You could always amend the typo underneath to acknowledge your mistake:
"The sky is bluee."
Amendment: "blue*"
Also, you can comment and type "@", once you've done this begin typing a friend's name without a space and names will appear on a drop-down menu. Select them from there and they're then tagged and linked to the post via the comments.
These solutions aren't ideal, but at least you don't lose your comments. . .
