Hi. I cooked a chicken on Sunday for lunch, then boiled the carcass (which still had fair amount of meat on it) last night to cook soup tonight. I'm just thinking now about the amount of times the chicken will have been re-heated, Once on Sun, then last night then tonight - is it safe to use? Then the soup will probably be re-heated again tomorrow at some point...! TIA

Keep it cold between and boil it well each time you heat it.
As long as it is kept cold in between and heated thoroughly (I would boil it) then it will be ok

Thanks. I've kept it in the fridge each time apart from last night, as it was late when I finished boiling the carcass, and the stock was still piping hot - so I just put the lid on tight, went to bed and put it in the fridge first thing this morn.... is that still ok?
I have done that and at this time of year when the kitchen gets cold overnight its been fine. I am still here!

Ok you've convinced me I'm not going to die - I think I have a cast iron stomach anyway! Thanks for the answers!
