There has been a lot a back stabbing where I work over the last couple of months and a lot of changes have taken place. I've been moved 13 floors away from my team and several of my colleagues are being messed about by senior management who haven't got a clue what they're doing. Staff nearly walked out last Friday as they are very near breaking point. I've done 24 years of service and never known it so bad. Actually, I'm glad I've moved away from the chaos.
