I have a Galaxy Y which somehow got changed into the German languagge.
Can anyone tell me how to change it back to English.
The manual supplied gives no mention to this problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure if this will work.... depends on your build....

Bottom Left corner Menu button -> Settings (the Cogs button. bottom right corner)
Fifth from bottom is "Locale and Text" with the big "A" keyboard key button on the left
First option is "Select Locale" Should be able to change to English from there.

Dear Shooty.
What would I do without all you clever people.
My questions must seem very stupid to some but my excuse is that I am
81 years old and my poor old brain just can't cope with anything technical.
My sincere thanks for your valuable help.
Bluecornsilk, you're very welcome. Mobile phones are far too complicated for my liking. I'm glad you got it sorted. : )
