Would the British go to such lengths so as to grab a bargain in ASDA?

i wouldn't, I get up early on a sat to get my shopping done before the crowds as it is, as xmas gets closer the retail park near me gets busier and i have to get up earlier, it will be the 5am starts soon :-(
