Depends what you mean by 'cowboys'. If you mean Country singers, then nearly all the top Country artists have recorded Christmas albums, Garth Brooks, Travis Tritt, Martina McBride, George Strait etc etc. Don't know about the 'hit' part of it, though I suppose 'Please Come Home For Christmas' by The Eagles is just about Country enough to qualify.
