end program sample

every time i turn my laptop off , i get a box which pops up and reads "end program sample " then it will not turn of until i press the "end now button" any any ideas ?

i have the same problem then i realised that you have to shut all your windows and programs before shutting down and that godforesaken "end now" massage won't come up, (cross your fingers) dodamaksoud

I get this all the time. It seems to be if I try to shut down to quickly after closing an application. If I leave it a while before shutting down I don't get the error message.
