Update, son has spoken to admiral, they have informed him that 3rdpi have all the info they need from us ,but even though their client has claimed he is not at fault , he is not responding to emails ,phone calls ,letters etc. This can go on for upto 90 days ,after which his insurers can pay up to get sons car fixed, as a sign of guilt from their client, or they can just wash their hands of the case,and pay nothing. The only way to reclaim costs then is to take 3rd party to court, and then use bailiffs to reclaim costs if he doesnt pay up , which as they are both smackheads will probably be the likely route............ like to ask ,Why cant 3rd pi (after all our evidence and police report points to their client being at fault ) just pay up anyway........... and IF 3rdpi decide to not pay up , can they be taken to court. thanks for info very grateful
