have tried to register my husbands card first time and it will not accept any password so I click on get a new password and the flaming page wont let me insert my e mail address any ideas I have phones the number on the card to no avail just a grl chatting away telling me that all the lnes are busy any ideas?

If you are setting up a password, look at their requirements.

Perhaps it is refusing all because you are failing to include a number or an upper case letter, or some similar failing.
