I'm sure it's right - it has 'vale' for 'depression' and 'jazz' for 'musical form'.
The word is very new and definitely means ' a sparkling array (down there).'
I haven't checked Urban Dictionary, but I expect it'd be in there.

Vajazzle is a bit rude but it fits the clue.Down there= vagina which is apparently given a makeover with crystals.Whatever rocks your boat.
