nokia 6100

Hi

I am currently using a Nokia 6100 but it won't ring. I have rang the number but it only vibrates. I have checked in the menu but everything looks ok. Any help on troubleshooting this would be much appreciated.

Try selecting a different standard ringtone and make sure the ring volume is not set to minimum. Then try again

If all else fails take back to where you bought it, or the store for your network provider and get them to look at it for you (there is no charge for this)
