Not taking your own advice

Anybody else great at giving out advice but then when faced with the same dilema DO NOT take your own advice, or is it just me????

Nope -me too.. If anyone in the family are ill I send them off to the doc but if's me I wait it out.

I know what douglas means - I used to work with a doctor who was considerably overweight, I wondered to myself how any weight advice given to her patients would have been received.

Lol....Fat doctors and nurses tell people they need to lose weight.

I used to live next door to a doctor. I'm sure he went through the smoking and drinking too much mantra with his patients. I rarely seen him without a fag in his mouth.

never mind fat nurses, what about fat nurses that stand outside unbder the designated shelter smoking and banging on about the bottle of wine they finished last night and how mush it costs when you've 4 kids to kit out for school.

their care and dedication wasn't the issue, they don't practise what they preach in many instances. many many instances.

I am a terror at this ! A good agony aunt who frequently neglects herself is how I am. Feel well silly now , why do we do that ?
