You have blown a fues, check them. repair the wire.

there needs tobe a linkbetween all wiring like in a house..try putting back together and checkif it works when you do

Is the battery chearged up? I can not understand just changing a bulb " YOU split a wire!! How did you manage to split a wire with onlt a bulb change?
