It is thought that George III had porphyria. He spent the last 10 years of his life insane after regular bouts of mental illness. HM the Queen has already survived George by about 5 years. I think if she had something like that we'd have known about it by now.

I was pointing out that it was the monarch then who talked to plants and if there was a regency now it would be the regent holding the one sided conversations.
