Help please. Why do I keep getting a message saying

This page requires AC_RunActiveContent.js.

and how can I stop it?

this from another site suggests you need to clear your cache http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/840824
Make sure you have javascript enabled in your browser (which unless you've disabled it you will have) then try clearing your cache.

Thank you Boxtops - for a very prompt and helpful reply.

I now need a son or g/son to point me in the direction of a list which starts Tools, options etc . :-)
Please keep this in mind for future posts...

If you mention useful information about your computer setup, i.e. generally at least what version of windows and for website problems what browser you are using you'll get more than generic answers, we'll try and help you precisely as long as you give us something to go on.
Also, as a general rule, you'd be better of posting questions like this in Technology, not chatterbank.

Apologies for all my errors Chuck - I can be a prize idiot sometimes without really trying when it comes to 'puters, but I have noted 'technology' etc.

I think Java is fully up to date as I need this for another site I visit.

I'm on Windows 7 and does Google Chrome make sense ?
