Hi

I have sold an item on ebay that went for £230, the seller who initially won has sent a message saying they can't pay for it so I have cancelled that transaction with them and had offered a second chance offer to the next highest bidder, which has now expired as the offer was only available to the bidder for 24 hours.....my understanding is that i won't be charged a 10% seller fee for the initial (now cancelled transaction) and also the second chance offer that didn't go........am i right?

thanks
