Hi Can anyone please with a recipe for blackcurrant sauce.
We are having duck breasts at lunchtime and have run ou of oranges/juice so thought for a change, we could use frozen blackcurrrants but a recipe needed please.

Hope this is not too late. Just use the blackcurrants instead of the orange is your original recipe. Adjust seasoning and stock to your own taste before serving.
