Why am I being directed to win an ipad

I am being directed to a page to win an Apple ipad every few minutes on this site
by a pop-up dialogue box from - http://life-localised.com

It is extremely persistant and difficult to leave and has appeared several times whilst I have been typing this.

Can you tell me why this is happening please.

Go to tools and block the pop ups

Thank you Jake. However, mine is an Apple machine running the Safari browser. I cleared all "History" and deleted all cookies. The preferences are set to block pop-ups.
However, as soon as I returned to this site, the pop-up appeared again and has also done so again twice whilst I have been typing this

I've no idea - I don't get any popups. You might do better reposting this in Ed's blog, where he's more likely to see it.
