Yes, I would. I'll freeze most things, unless it specifically says you shouldn't.

That's the thing boxy, it doesn't say you shouldn't but it hasn't got the Freeze symbol (snowflake?) either.
It could be that the raw fish has been frozen and thawed already, then.... if in doubt, I'd cook them then freeze them cooked, that would be fine.
