Put the oar info into italics and get something artificial?(2 words) Can't get this at all, every time I think I am there I realize its wrong!! Any help or guidence would be really appreciated - Thank you
If you take OAR INFO and ITALICS, you can get ARTIFICIAL out of it, leaving SNOO. D'you think there's an error, and it should be ARTIFICIAL SNOW, even tho' artificial is in the clue??

Thank you for your idea but as it has artificial in the question I just cant work it out. I did wonder if it was plastic fruit (using put) but dont really think that is usually on a Christmas list!! I really appreciate your input - thank you
Thank you - yes I agree but quite what I really dont know, I did think fruit but dont think that is usually on Christmas shopping list!! But do appreciate your help.
Hanepoot is an anag. of what remains after "fruit" is taken out of "put the oar info". Hanepoot is a S. African dessert grape.
I doubt if this is helpful!!
I agree with EGN for INFO as I tried that.
It may be plastic orange perhaps but I don't see where the P comes from- it's nearly an anagram of italics but with P instead of I.
But what's a plastic orange used for?
