I did have Windows Xp and Me running together on two separate partitions,since updating my motherboard i don't seem to be able to do this anymore, Which ever OS i install last it will boot to, now just running Xp ,any help.

From what I gather, you have changed your mainboard and have done clean installations of the two OSs. If it were me, I would install ME first on the active partition equivalent to half the drive (formatted as FAT32) then do the XP last on the second partition (also as FAT32 otherwise the ME won't "see" the XP data). XP will boot using the ntldr/boot.ini file which should give you the option screen to boot either to ME or XP.
If you don't believe me look at http://web.ukonline.co.uk/cook/dualboot.htm Windows 2000 acts the same as Windows XP, BTW.
